This Personal Data Protection Notice describes how E-Global SCM Solutions Sdn Bhd, its associate companies and jointly controlled entities ("E-GlobalSCM") use your Personal Data.

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide it, E-GlobalSCM may not be able to process your data for the Purposes outlined below.

If you are an agent, vendor, supplier or service provider, provision of your Personal Data is mandatory — failure to do so may breach legal requirements or prevent E-GlobalSCM from engaging you or issuing payments.

All purchases made through Instant-ERP solutions are final and there are no refunds.
